RM Steel Buildings designs and builds steel structures across Kansas and the Midwest from our headquarters in Alma, KS.

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide. Your name, phone number, email address, project details, mailing address, and any messages you send through our contact, quote, or careers forms. Applicants may upload a résumé and provide additional job-application details.
• Information collected automatically. Server logs, IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and time stamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Described in Section 04 below.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to quote requests, questions, and customer-service inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver estimates, project schedules, and follow-ups.
• Review job applications and communicate with applicants.
• Send transactional communications about your inquiry, estimate, or project.
• With your separate consent, send text messages and, where applicable, promotional communications.
• Improve the Site, understand usage patterns in aggregate, and troubleshoot issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the Site function, remember your preferences, and measure traffic in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some Site functionality.

We share information with third-party service providers only as needed for them to perform work on our behalf. These currently include our website hosting and content-delivery provider, our database and file-storage provider, our transactional email provider, our customer-relationship-management and telephony provider, our text-messaging platform provider, and analytics or error-monitoring services. Each of these processes information only under our instructions and is prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if legally required (for example, a subpoena or court order), to protect our rights or property, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors or service providers that assist us in providing customer support or text-messaging services.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any other information-sharing provisions described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with our legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of promotional communications. The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
