The Site is operated by RM Steel Buildings, a Kansas-based steel-building contractor headquartered at 33953 NW Tallgrass Frontage Rd, Alma, KS 66401. We design and construct steel structures — including agricultural buildings, commercial structures, barndominiums, aircraft hangars, and custom garages — across Kansas and the surrounding Midwest.

Information on the Site, including project photography, category descriptions, and sample pricing, is informational. A written, signed agreement between you and RM Steel Buildings governs any actual project.

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data in bulk without our written permission.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Quotes and estimates generated through the Site are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties. Pricing, availability, and lead times are subject to change based on materials, engineering, permits, and site conditions. Payment terms, delivery milestones, and warranty terms are set in the signed project agreement.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, video, illustrations, logos, marks, and design elements — is owned by RM Steel Buildings or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of individual pages.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Steel Buildings and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By opting in through our website, phone, or in-person forms, you agree to receive text messages from RM Steel Buildings regarding your inquiries, appointment reminders, estimate and quote follow-ups, project and order updates, customer-service communications, account notifications, and — where you have separately opted in — promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from RM Steel Buildings.

Our messaging program is operated in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and industry messaging standards.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program.

To rejoin after opting out, submit a new opt-in request through the same method you originally used to sign up.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wabaunsee County, Kansas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
