About this project.
A working service shop for a small rural mechanic — two equipment bays plus an attached parts and office area. Fully insulated wall and roof package, two 14-foot sectional doors with electric openers, and a walk-through entry to the office. Code-compliant commercial occupancy with our IAS-accredited engineering package. The owner does heavy ag-equipment work, so we sized the bays for tractor service rather than a typical light-vehicle shop.
